Brings over a decade of experience building the 0-to-1 operational systems, evaluation frameworks, and infrastructure behind cutting-edge health AI research and products. Prior to co-founding Stratified Health, Nova led complex research operations and program strategy at Google’s Human Research Lab, specializing in responsible AI governance, LLM evaluation pipelines, and expert annotation networks.
